Roberta, I took a great deal away from each and every presentation; however, your seminar ranked number one with me. This is the fourth business I have started... two others on my own and one with Harry. While the two businesses I have sold were successful, in hindsight I could have gone so much further with them had I documented CSF's. I know this process will help us tremendously. I'm normally so organized and live by lists, this just makes sense!
